For KICKBOXING W/COOPER this Thursday at 5:30 PM. Oh, and did we mention this class is open to members and nonmembers? You couldn't ask for a better Thursday night experience! You'll punch, you'll laugh, you'll have a blast!
This class will allow you to hone your kickboxing skills without all the black-eyes and bruises. Coach Coop always brings fantastic energy to his classes and we're excited to finally be able to share this experience with all of you at 517 Fitness!

New to the gym? Need help learning to use that mysterious piece of gym equipment you always see?
If so, we have the PERFECT class for you - and it’s FREE! We believe every 517 Fitness member deserves to know how to safely use each piece of equipment in our facility. For this reason, we will be providing a GYM 101 class on February 24 at noon!
Class goers will learn basic, fundamental fitness movements in a small group setting. Special attention will be given to teach proper mechanics, ensuring that you feel comfortable in your gym. Make sure to sign up at the front desk!
