Here’s one for some of our more hardcore members looking to build wider backs!
Achieving great back development isn't an easy task. It takes great effort, consistency, proper dieting, and the ability to push yourself through new pain barriers. The old school routine we have created will definitely be a challenge if performed with intensity and will be great for shocking the back into new growth. It is recommended that you only do this routine every once and a while so your body doesn’t adapt to this style of training. So if you’re ready to build some crazy width, let’s get to the exercises!
Seated Rows: 4 Sets of 15 Reps
T-Bar Rows: 3 HEAVY Sets of 8 Reps... then another 3 Sets of 20 Reps!
SUPERSET Pulldowns with Underhand Pulldowns: 4 Supersets of 12 Reps
Bent Over Two-Dumbell Rows w/ Palms In: 4 Sets of 12 Reps
Pull-ups: 3 Sets Till Failure
