PUSH-UPS: 20 Reps

FLAT BENCH PRESS: 3 Sets of 12 Reps

INCLINE DUMBBELL BUTTERFLIES: 3 Sets of 12 Reps

PUSH-UPS: 20 Reps

INCLINE BENCH PRESS: 3 Sets of 12 Reps

CABLE BUTTERFLIES: 3 Sets of 12 Reps

PUSH-UPS: 20 Reps
