1. Kickboxing W/ Cooper
This class will allow you to hone your kickboxing skills without all the black-eyes and bruises. Coach Coop always brings fantastic energy to his classes and you will be able to burn lots of calories without even realizing it! This class is perfect for everyone and takes place on Thursdays at 5:30 pm.

Yes! Zumba at 517 Fitness is perfect for everyone! Each Zumba class is designed to bring people together. We encourage everyone to try Zumba for the first time with our amazing NEW instructor tomorrow at 6pm for FREE!
HOW IT WORKS

There is nothing better than finding a great workout partner who is dedicated to helping you reach your fitness goals. Your workout partner will keep you accountable and make sure you are always doing your best, even on days when you've lost your spark!
We understand you might enjoy working out alone, but we are challenging you to step out of your comfort zone for the next 93 days by working out with a friend or family member! Make sure to do fitness challenges with them to make sure it always stays fun!
