DEADLIFT: 5 Sets of 8 Reps 

BARBELL BENCH PRESS: 4 Sets of 8 Reps

BENT OVER BARBELL ROW: 5 Sets of 10 Reps

UPRIGHT BARBELL ROW: 5 Sets of 12 Reps

CRUNCHES: 4 Sets of 15 Reps
