Having a difficult time building your biceps? Concerned you may not be training them correctly? No need to worry, because Chase Kaufman​ has revealed a simple yet effective way for you to build those iconic biceps! So without further ado, let's get to the exercises!
ALTERNATING BICEP CURLS: 4 Sets of  8-10 Reps

PREACHER CURLS: 4 Sets of 12 Reps

SUPER-SET REVERSE STRAIGHT BAR CURLS WITH BARBELL CURLS:
4 Super-Sets of 12 Reps
