1. PROJECT 365

WE NEED YOUR HELP! Beginning on January 1, we will be seeking out ONE lucky person to sponsor for the entire year of 2018. This person will receive a one-year gym membership, 517 apparel, weekly personal training sessions, nutritional advise, and supplements, all for FREE! 

We are looking for someone who is in desperate need of a lifestyle change. If this person is you, or you know of a friend/family member in need of this opportunity - please make sure to share this with them. 

HOW TO ENTER

Starting January 1, you will need to submit a brief story on our website as to why you believe you deserve to be selected for this project. There will be a specific webpage for you to submit your story. We are looking for someone who can stay strong and make it to the end of 2018 without giving up!

There will be more details to come!

2. Bench Press Competition

TEST YOUR LIMITS on January 20th at our first Bench Press Competition! Open to all members and non-members. All lifters must wait for the ‘Start’ command to begin lowering the bar, lifters must wait for the ‘Press’ command to begin pressing the bar back up, and lastly, lifters must wait for the ‘Rack’ command to return the bar to the rack. If you skip one of the commands, your lift will not count. If you change the position of your head, feet, or butt - your lift will not count. If you don’t actually lower the bar all the way to your body, your lift will not count. Each lifter will be allowed three attempts (within 10 minutes of the first ‘Start’ command) to complete their heaviest lift. Trophies will be awarded to the winners of each weight division!
 
$15 Entry Fee – includes free gym pass for the day!
 
TECHNICAL RULES

  1. Head, shoulders, and butt must remain on the bench at all times during the lift.
  2. Feet must remain on the ground at all times during the lift.
 
WEIGHT CLASSES

  1. Lightweight: 140-160lbs
  2. Welterweight: 161-180lbs
  3. Middleweight: 181-200lbs
  4. Light Heavyweight: 201-220
  5. Heavyweight: 221+

3. Body By Jake - Group Class

Jumpstart your New Years resolution by joining us every Wednesday at 5:30pm for the all new 'Body by Jake' group training class! This class incorporates everything from high intensity circuit training to gentle reconditioning.
