Ah, the six-pack... celebrities have them, fitness models have them, that member at the gym has them - and we want them too! It can be hard to find the right routine to sculpt your abs but we made it a little easier by combining THREE incredibly effective core exercises into one simple routine that is great for beginners. Now it's time to fight the flab and get results - so let's get to it!
This routine is a simple ab circuit. Perform each exercise immediately after finishing the previous one. Rest for 45 seconds, then go again. We will be repeating this circuit 4 times!
BENT-KNEE HIP RAISES: 20 REPS
PLATE TWISTS: 15 REPS (EACH SIDE)
HANGING LEG RAISES: 12 REPS
